Natural Cork Takes to the Streets of New York by Pedicab
100% natural cork campaign pedicabs offer complimentary rides from the city’s top wine events.
APCOR is bringing “Drink Responsibly. Choose a Bottle with a Natural Cork.” to New York City with complimentary pedicab rides. The fleet launches on Sunday, October 18, at the Wine on Wheels Grand Tasting at City Winery’s Pier 57, founded by sommelier and disability advocate Yannick Benjamin, then serves the New York debut of Vinitaly.USA at Pier 36 on October 26 and 27.
Guests ride free to nearby subway stations. After each event, the pedicabs move to select Cork Collective partner restaurants, offering rides to diners who choose wines sealed with natural cork. With Cork Collective, APCOR is also running on-site cork recycling at every event, giving each stopper a second life.
